We offer as part of our monthly management fee access to our very own professionally skilled workforce or our trusted local contractors providing all the necessary services for your second home or holiday property during your own personal use, let out to guests or rented in Penzance and the surrounding areas of South West Cornwall.

We do NOT charge call out fees, website rental advert fees or rental brochure fees.
