For us, it was a natural progression from operating our own properties to allow access to our expertise and deliver quality maintenance services to other locally rented property owners.

There are lots of benefits for both parties so why just pay another agent the same fee for only a letting service when you can have multiple services with us and dont forget, we are tax deductable!

There is no excuse these days to keep up the trend of scruffy properties and it only reaffirms the initial thoughts on how responsible the owner really is. After all, the guests are paying a premium to use the property and maintenance is a small price to pay for an appreciating asset.

We also run affiliate programs for independent letting agencies to provide maintenance cover at discounted rates for their current client base, so please do not hesitate to contact us for an informal discussion.
