As with all rental properties, you are never sure what kind of condition your cottage, house, flat, caravan will be left in when your guests depart and so we provide different packages and levels for cleaning from a quick spin around to deep cleans.

Unlike many agents, we do not deduct and make a profit from our cleaning staffs salary and therefore we are able to attract and retain good cleaners as along with everything in life, you only get what you pay for.

We also provide a standby callout team of cleaners on major change over days to cover the usual cleaner just in case the unavoidable does happen and so the property will get cleaned as scheduled. Regular supervisory visits are made to the property by our management team to ensure the owners standards are maintained throughout and any maintenance issues are addressed promptly.

In our experience, if the guests find your property in a excellent condition, they are more likely to respect it and return it in that condition when they leave. We give feed back reports on the condition and anything that needs attention at the end of each guests stay. Accidents can happen so we also have a range of specialist equipment like our upholstery and carpet cleaning machines, specialist cleaning products or failing that the builders, electricians, gardeners, plumbers, plasterers and painters that can rectify any problems that may have occurred.

On the rear occasion that it is purely the guests fault and not directly covered by insurance, we have a specialist team who aim to recover all the expenses from the guest directly who caused the damages and if required Court action together with costs and interest if awarded by the judge.
