As part of our
standard monthly management fees, we can handle
bookings for your property through our online booking system by debit or
credit card. An online bank account is set up to receive the funds to which
you have complete access to transfer to your own account or hold for expenses
and return of deposits.
From the booking we then arrange the appropriate response for preparation in
regard to cleaning, linen, hire cars, stretch limousine collection, welcome packs etc
as dictated.
As caretakers for your property, we handle all emergency callouts internally if the guest looses the keys for example, plumbing problems, electrics etc 24 hours 7 days a week. We ensure that all the legal work is done in regard to rental agreements prior to the booking and inventory agreed on arrival for possible breakages and damage. At departure we then check the inventory whilst addressing any issues that have arisen before the arrival of the next guests.

Again the above is only an illustration of our services based on a 2 bedroom
cottage
clean and we are flexible on the time it takes to perform as it is purely
dependant on the condition it is left in. We will not create work for the sake
of doing so and you will only be charged for what is required to get to the
standard you have instructed our cleaners.
Please remember we do NOT charge call out fees, its included in our
monthly management fee.
